Lungile Mabace joins Broadband Infraco Board
Johannesburg – Lungile Mabece has recently been appointed to serve as one of the directors on the State-owned Broadband Infraco board.
Lungile is an experienced attomey with over 20 years and specialises in corporate and commercial with expertise in transport law, information and communication law and policy and legislation development. He is experienced in the fre legal field and has experience specialised committees as well as board of directors of companies, including in the public sector.
Over the course of his career, Lungile has obtained significant experience in various industries including the private and public sector and has served in different spheres of Government as well as entities in national and provincial spheres.
Commenting on the announcement, Broadband Infraco Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Matseke said: “We are delighted to announce Lungile’s appointment as a director on Infraco’s board. Lungile is recognised as one of the countries distinguished law and thought leaders. He brings to Infraco a range of law industry experience that will be beneficial to the company and its clients.”
Lungile who will be reporting directly to the Chairperson of Broadband Infraco, Mandla Ngcobo holds a B Proc from the University of the Westem Cape, an LLB from the University of the Westem Cape and a Higher Certificate in Project Management from Damelin.
